Belant Construction Inc. undertook a 15,000 square foot renovation of Ceridian’s Markham Head Office. The project required the decommissioning and reconfiguring the companies IT Centre while the Markham office continued to be operational. The project had many technical challenges from and electrical and mechanical standpoint from the decommissioning to the reconstruction.

From a design standpoint the client required more function use of the existing space which meant a full transformation of the space to open concept and interior offices. The client’s need for very functional and practical space while maintaining design flair was a challenge which Belant Constriction Inc. met and delivered premium quality finishes, on time and on budget. Our client was extremely pleased with the quality and exection with no disruptions to their business.
